Nacole B. Hinton


Managing Director of Human Resources

As Managing Director of Human Resources, Ms. Hinton guides the creation and execution of the American Chemistry Council’s (ACC) people strategies, programs, and initiatives. Primary among her responsibilities is serving as the plan administrator for ACC’s retirement savings plan and other broad-based welfare plans. Ms. Hinton also oversees the comprehensive operation of the organization’s human resources and payroll functions which include recruitment, compensation, benefits, employee relations, performance management and professional development.

Prior to joining ACC, Ms. Hinton was a principal with PRM Consulting Group, Inc. where she served as the head of the Performance Management Practice group. Previously, Nacole had served as the national vice president of human resources for the American Diabetes Association. In this capacity she managed the association’s $66 million employee budget and served as the plan administrator for the group’s retirement and welfare plans.

Earlier in her career, Nacole was also a senior consultant with PwC, the global consulting firm.

A former Human Resources Professional Excellence Award honoree, Ms. Hinton received both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in business administration from Howard University.
