HPV Challenge ProgramThe chemistry industry is working with the Environmental Protection Agency and Environmental Defense to gather and make available screening level hazard data on high production volume chemicals. This voluntary initiative has already made more data publicly available than any chemical regulatory program in history. |

Extended HPV (EHPV) ProgramThe Extended High Production Volume (EHPV) Program is a voluntary, industry-led initiative that permits industry to continue to demonstrate that adequate screening data for newer HPV chemicals exists and is publicly available. While the HPV Challenge Program sought primarily hazard information, EHPV asks companies also to provide screening level use and exposure information for all HPV chemicals. |
