who can join?

Regular Membership Eligibility
Any individual, partnership, joint venture, corporation, division or unit of a corporation that as a significant portion of its business, manufactures chemicals (directly or through toll-manufacturers) in the United States of America, its territories and possessions.

International Membership
Any partnership, joint venture, corporation, division, or other unit of a corporation that as a significant portion of its business, manufactures chemicals (directly or through toll-manufacturers) outside the United States of America, its territories and possessions, but that sells chemicals in the United States.
