ChemITC® Membership Options for Chemical Companies

If you answered yes to all of these questions, ChemITC has two membership options available for you.

Charter Membership: Charter membership is available to all ACC member companies who want to work with other companies to address IT issues of common concern and are willing to devote time and financial resources to do so. Charter member status offers an opportunity to lead ChemITC as a member of the Executive Board, participate on a Program steering team or lead a project team.  As a charter member, companies are invited to participate in Executive Board nominations and elections. Dues are set based on a company's total chemical sales.

General Membership: General membership is designed to provide industry leaders the opportunity to learn about ChemITC and determine if the organization can provide value to their company. Chemical companies may participate in ChemITC as a General member for one year, at which time they must either commit to Charter membership or discontinue participation in ChemITC. General membership offers opportunities to participate in some ChemITC project teams.

ChemITC Membership Options for Other Companies and Organizations

  • Does your company provide hardware, software or other technology products and services to the chemical industry?
  • Are you working on activities that could impact the chemical industry's use of technology solutions?
  • Are you interested in working directly with chemical industry decision makers to address technology challenges facing the industry?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, one of the two membership options below may be right for you.

Affiliate Membership: Affiliate membership is offered to organizations engaged in the provision of hardware, software and other technology products and services to the chemical industry. ChemITC Affiliate members are encouraged to actively participate in project teams. Affiliate membership fees support the operational expenses of ChemITC.

Associate Membership: Not-for-profit research laboratories, government agencies and universities that are working on activities that may impact the chemical industry's use of IT are invited to participate in ChemITC as Associate members.
