Order Processing
Orders will be processed and shipped within 48 hours of receipt. All orders must be pre-paid by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, or AMEX) or check (US dollars drawn on US bank).
Sales Tax
Sales tax will only be charged for those states for which American Chemistry Council has a physical presence (VA, GA, MI, MN, NY, TX, PA, NC, IL & CA).
Shipping
Orders will be shipped via UPS domestically and DHL internationally. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery.
Returns
Customers may return hard copy publications, Responsible Care merchandise and essential2 products within 30 days in resaleable condition. However, all electronically delivered publication sales are final.
