Responsible Care Management System® Guidance and Interpretations (RCMS 102)

RCMS® 102 is intended to be used as guidance and interpretation for the implementation of a Responsible Care Management System, based on conformance with the RCMS Technical Specification requirements.
The RCMS Guidance and Interpretations document is organized by the five sections and thirty elements of the RCMS Technical Specification. Within each element, guidance and interpretations are provided in the following format: Element, Explanation, Suggested Implementation Activities, Responsible Care Code References and Examples of Excellence.
Use of the RCMS Technical Specification and RCMS Guidance Document by ACC Members and Partners can assist them in achieving the desirable goals and objectives set forth in Responsible Care®.
The external RCMS auditing and certification program is designed to provide objective verification, transparency and credibility with employees, customers, suppliers, regulatory agencies and members of the general public.
Document accompanied by Appendices containing risk management details, comparison metrics, glossary of terms, examples of Responsible Care excellence and Codes, plus gap analysis tool.
