WASHINGTON (November 9, 2018) – The American Chemistry Council’s (ACC) Board of Directors approved the addition of four new Regular members, as well as one new Responsible Care Partner company at its board of directors meeting today.

Regular members approved include:

  • Earth Science Laboratories, Inc., an innovator in water treatment products for both municipal and recreational use.
  • Jayhawk Fine Chemicals Corporation, a full-service, fine chemical custom manufacturing partnership.
  • Nouryon, a global specialty chemicals leader that manufacturers everyday products such as paper, plastics, building materials, and personal care products.
  • Oxiteno USA, a multinational chemical company that develops solutions that contribute to people’s quality of life and the sustainable evolution of society and the planet.

In addition to the member companies, ACC’s Board also approved a new Responsible Care Partner company, Transport Logix.

“We’re very pleased to welcome these new companies in to the ACC membership. Small and medium sized companies continue to drive ACC’s growth, a strong testament to the bottom line business value we provide as we advance the industry’s interests on critical policy issues such as trade, security, and effective and efficient implementation of TSCA implementation,” said ACC President and CEO Cal Dooley. “They join a strong and committed group of companies, dedicated to advancing our industry’s policy priorities and sustainability initiatives locally, nationally, and globally,” he added.
