CPI Announces New Leadership Team for the Spray Foam Coalition, Formerly Systems House Group

The Center for the Polyurethanes Industry (CPI) of the American Chemistry Council (ACC) is pleased to announce the new leadership team of the Spray Foam Coalition, formerly called the Systems House Group. The coalition formally adopted its new name this month and elected Paul Duffy, vice president of engineering at Icynene, as chair and Peter Davis, president and CEO of Gaco Western, as vice chair.


ACC Applauds Bipartisan Vote in Senate for Chemical Security Legislation

Today, S.473, the Continuing Chemical Facilities Antiterrorism Security Act of 2011, won bipartisan approval in the U.S. Senate Homeland Security and Government Affairs Committee. The bill was introduced by Ranking Member Susan Collins (R-ME) along with Senators Mary Landrieu (D-LA), Rob Portman (R-OH) and Mark Pryor (D-AR) and provides for a three year authorization of the eisting Chemical Facility Antiterrorism Standards (CFATS).
