WASHINGTON (February 4, 2021) – The American Chemistry Council is pleased to announce the chemical industry’s annual environmental, health, safety and sustainability conference, the Responsible Care® & Sustainability Conference and Expo will be held virtually April 26-28.
“The Responsible Care & Sustainability Conference & Expo provides the opportunity for ACC members, Responsible Care Partners and stakeholders across the country to engage with and learn from leading safety and sustainability professionals,” said ACC President & CEO Chris Jahn. “We are excited to build on last year’s successful virtual conference to highlight the chemical industry’s progress on sustainability and Responsible Care.”
The Conference, which provides educational and networking opportunities for ACC members, Responsible Care® and supply chain partners and other stakeholders, will highlight industry initiatives on sustainability and strategic enhancements for the chemical industry’s EHS&S initiative, Responsible Care®. The event will also feature important discussions on industry approaches to issues such as climate change, circularity, water stewardship, occupational, process and product safety, environmental justice and diversity, equity and inclusion.
