Ted Waugh serves as Vice President, Governance, Strategy and Corporate Secretary. As a member of the American Chemistry Council (ACC) Senior Leadership Team, Ted oversees functions associated with ACC’s Board of Directors, membership, and strategic priorities. Prior to his current role, he served as Assistant General Counsel at ACC where he provided legal advice and oversight to ACC’s Plastics Division and other corporate initiatives. Mr. Waugh has been with ACC for more than 20 years providing legal counsel and related support to a variety of different groups within the organization. Before joining ACC, Mr. Waugh served as Director of Regulatory and Legal Affairs for another chemical trade association. Mr. Waugh obtained his B.A. from Wesleyan University; J.D. from American University, Washington College of Law; and LL.M. (Environmental) from George Washington University. 700 Second
