Responsible Care® and Sustainability Future Leaders Program

Nominees are required to complete a four-part questionnaire before submitting an application for nomination, and it must be uploaded with your application.

By submitting this application nominees agree to the following:

If selected as a 2026 Future Leader Nominee, I am aware of the 2026 seminar schedule and agree to attend all six sessions. If I am unable to attend a session, I will notify ACC staff in advance of the seminar to discuss alternative participation opportunities. I am aware that missing more than one session (even with an excused absence), may result in suspension of completion of the program for that year.
If selected as a 2026 Future Leader Nominee, I agree to conduct myself in a professional manner conducive to a productive learning environment during the leadership program activities.
If selected as a 2026 Future Leader Nominee, I will accept various seminar roles assigned by the facilitators as it is a critical element in the program development process. This could include serving as a seminar moderator, or Responsible Care and Sustainability Conference panelist.
If selected as a 2026 Future Leader Nominee, I understand that I must complete the full six seminar program and actively participate in the seminars, in order to earn the designation of an “ACC Future Leader”.

By submitting this application nominators agree to the following:

I understand that if the nominee is selected as a 2026 Future Leader Nominee, I am responsible for the $2,500 program tuition fee that covers some costs of the seminars including meals, lodging, and guest speakers.
I also understand that ACC is not responsible for booking and paying for flights/travel expenses for the nominee for the three in-person seminars.
I understand that if the nominee is selected as a 2026 Future Leader Nominee, release time from the company will be necessary for them to adhere to the outlined program schedule, particularly for the three in person seminars that require domestic travel.

Nominees for the 2026 Responsible Care and Sustainability Future Leaders Program will be notified by March 6, 2026.
