ACC Launches Ad Highlighting Rep. Nick Langworthy’s Leadership on Recycling and Manufacturing

WASHINGTON (August 21, 2026) – The American Chemistry Council (ACC) today announced the launch of a new independent expenditure advertisement highlighting Congressman Nick Langworthy's leadership in advancing bipartisan solutions that support domestic manufacturing, innovation, and recycling.

The ad highlights Rep. Langworthy's efforts to modernize recycling and provide manufacturers with greater certainty to innovate, invest, and create good-paying jobs. It also emphasizes how his legislation would help keep the cost of everyday products for consumers lower while keeping reusable materials out of landfills.

"Congressman Nick Langworthy has demonstrated a commitment to practical, bipartisan solutions that strengthen American manufacturing," said Chris Jahn, President and CEO of ACC.
