WASHINGTON (Feb. 11, 2026) – The American Chemistry Council (ACC) Board of Directors approved the addition of three new Manufacturing members, one Affiliate member, and two Associate members at its February Board of Directors meeting.
The Manufacturing members approved are:
- OXEA, a “global manufacturer of Oxo Intermediates and Oxo Performance Chemicals such as alcohols, polyols, carboxylic acids, specialty esters, and amines, that are used for the production of high-quality coatings, lubricants, cosmetics and pharmaceutical products, flavors and fragrances, printing inks and plastics.”
- Thatcher Company, a “family founded chemical manufacturer and distributor known for custom blending, technical expertise, and reliable supply for water treatment, agriculture, energy, and infrastructure critical industries.”
- Valentra, which “owns and operates a portfolio of pipeline-connected sites and storage facilities for the production, storage and transportation of critical chemical intermediates. Valentra’s facilities are among the largest pipeline suppliers for methanol-based raw materials, including formalin, in the U.S. Gulf Coast.”
The Affiliate member approved is:
- Kenan Advantage Group Inc. (KAG), the “largest tank truck transporter and logistics provider in North America, serving a wide range of specialized industries with unmatched reliability and scale.”
The new Associate members are:
- EFESO Management Consultants, a “leading global operations strategy and performance improvement consulting firm. EFESO helps organizations unlock operational potential, drive sustainable growth, and achieve measurable business results through strategic transformation and hands-on execution.”
- Xylem Inc., a “leader in developing innovative water solutions through smart technology. Xylem innovates and collaborates with utilities, industrial manufacturers, building operators, and communities, to protect and optimize water.”
ACC also approved one new Responsible Care partner:
- Quantix Managed Solutions (QMS), which “has been providing advanced logistics solutions and chemical industry expertise to optimize every link in the supply chain since 1965.”
