Regular members are companies that as a significant portion of their businesses make or sell chemical products in the United States. Dues are based on third-party sales of chemical products manufactured or sold in the United States (this includes products imported for sale in the United States).

  • We secured historic “ Tax Cuts and Jobs Act,” modernizing the U.S. tax structure to promote sustained U.S. global competitiveness & a vibrant U.S. chemical industry;
  • We approved Sustainability Principles & Implementation Plan, establishing a vision & commitment to safe, innovative, effective chemical products & technologies;
  • We advanced open competition legislation at the state and federal level, giving engineers freedom to consider all materials for infrastructure projects;
  • We launched coalition of more than 60 multi-industry groups, advocating for science-based uniform federal standards for labeling;
  • We successfully petitioned EPA to conduct reconsideration of the flawed RMP Rule;
  • We protected product markets by defeating or amending more than 130 flawed hazard-based bills seeking to ban or restrict chemical or plastic products across 26 states & Puerto Rico;
  • We added 10 new member companies, including AdvanSix, Inc. & Huntsman Corporation.
