Managing Director, Global Affairs

The position is responsible for serving as the lead technical resource for the American Chemistry Council’s regulatory advocacy efforts with the U.S. Department of State, U.S. Trade Representative, U.S. Department of Commerce, the Environmental Protection Agency, and other federal and State agencies responsible for international trade and chemical regulatory policy. The position is also ACC’s primary staff contact with the International Council of Chemical Associations (ICCA) and supports ACC’s President and CEO with ICCA roles. The position is responsible for leading ACC’s Global Affairs matrix team as well as Global Affairs staff on the administrative, technical, and regulatory advocacy related to international trade and chemical regulation. The position is also responsible for coordinating related technical and regulatory support to other ACC divisions and departments, including product- and sector-specific groups. The position reports directly to the Vice President, Regulatory & Scientific Affairs.

Coordinator, Communications and Public Affairs

This position is responsible for coordinating the Plastics Division’s national outreach activities, team meetings, and social and digital communications. The position is also responsible for managing administrative office procedures and workflow by initiating contracts, processing invoices and tracking team budgets, and reports directly to the Senior Director, Public Affairs and Communications.

Accounts Receivable Specialist

The position is responsible for all aspects of billing, accounts receivable, collection, and reconciliation of related general ledger activity. The position reports directly to the Assistant Controller.

Coordinator, Chemical Products and Technology

The position is primarily responsible for supporting the Center for Biocide Chemistries within the Chemical Products and Technology (CPT) division and this group’s designated staff with administrative, financial management and planning services.  This includes handling meeting logistics, tracking budgets, managing contracts and payments, conducting research, responding to member inquiries, preparing documents, and maintaining electronic files. The position reports directly to the Senior Director, Chemical Products and Technology.
