American Chemistry Council Approves Eight New Members

COLORADO SPRINGS, CO (June 5, 2019) – The American Chemistry Council’s (ACC) Board of Directors approved the addition of six new Regular members at their annual meeting today, as well as one Affiliate member and one Associate member company.

Regular members approved today include:

  • Corteva Agriscience, the agriculture division of DowDuPont, is the only major agriscience company completely dedicated to agriculture. They specialize in agricultural products, seeds and biotechnology solutions.
  • CPS Performance Materials, a world leader in chemical light solutions providing light sticks, chemi-luminescent ammunition and infra-red devices to the US and NATO military forces, as well as other commercial and law enforcement markets.
  • Indorama Ventures, one of the world’s leading petrochemical producers with a presence in 31 countries and 101 manufacturing facilities. The company specializes in Feedstock, PET, packaging, fibers and recycled products.
  • MEGlobal Americas Inc., dedicated to manufacturing, supplying and marketing of merchant ethylene glycol which is a key raw material used in a wide variety of products and applications including polyester fibers and PET. Established in 2004, MEGlobal is a wholly-owned subsidiary of EQUATE Petrochemical Company.
  • Messer North America, Inc., an industry leader in the manufacturing of industrial gases for over 120 years. Their gases are used in a wide variety of applications such as, steel, metal, chemicals, food, automobiles, electronics, medicine, research and environmental technology.
  • Vantage Specialty Chemicals, Inc., a leading provider of natural based specialty ingredients focused on personal care, food, consumer and industrial end markets.

At the Affiliate level, ACC’s Board approved the addition of one new member:

  • Quadra Chemicals Inc.

The Board also approved the addition of one new Associate member:

  • The Valance Group
