ACC Comments on the Charge Questions and Committee Task for Peer Review of Draft Formaldehyde Assessment 

As the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (“EPA” or “the Agency”) prepares to release an updated draft assessment of formaldehyde under the Integrated Risk Information System (IRIS) for public comment and independent peer review by the National Academies of Science, Engineering, and Medicine (“NAS”), the American Chemistry Council (“ACC”) Formaldehyde Panel (“the Panel”) asks you to take steps to ensure transparency and public participation in the development of “charge” questions and the committee task.
