COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (Jun. 3, 2026) – The American Chemistry Council (ACC) Board of Directors approved the addition of two new Manufacturing members, two new Responsible Care® Partners, one new Affiliate member, and two new Associate members at its annual meeting today.
“Competition drives American chemistry forward, and it’s what ensures the United States stays the global leader in innovation and manufacturing,” said Chris Jahn, President and CEO, ACC. “At the end of the day, this all comes down to a simple commitment for America’s future: competitiveness is not a given – it’s a choice. If we want to lead in manufacturing, innovation, and affordability, we have to make it possible to build, innovate, and compete right here in the United States. These new members and Responsible Care Partners strengthen our industry and keep us moving faster, scaling smarter, and building more resilient supply chains. Responsible Care is how we make that competitiveness real, by holding ourselves to the highest standards for protecting workers, communities, and the environment.”
